[Announcment] Mujina, an openSAML based Mock Identity and Service Provider

We are happy to announce the availability of Mujina, an openSAML based
Mock Identity and Service Provider

*Happy Testing*
Mujina mocks a SAML2 Identity and Service Provider and features a REST
API to set IdP and SP characteristics. This approach removes the need
for special test configuration setups in your environment. You can turn
your Mujina IdP or SP into anything you need on the fly, making testing
a breeze! Mujina can also be used in combination with test suites like
Selenium or Jmeter to automate authentication testing for your applications.

*Open Source*
Mujina is build on top of the well known openSAML libraries. Mujina is
released as open source software under the Apache 2 licence. The source
code, as well as instructions for building and running Mujina can be
found over at https://github.com/OpenConext/Mujina/ and
https://github.com/OpenConext/Mujina/blob/master/README.md
We welcome your comments and remarks. Also contributions to make Mujina
even more useful are much appreciated.

*Features*
Several characteristics of either the IdP or SP can be configured
on-the-fly using a REST API.
Some of the features that can be manipulated include:
- A SAML2 compliant Identity Provider, with a Rest API allowing
manipulation of: user credentials (either a specific username & password
or allow any username and password), user role, any user attributes, the
signing certificate and the entityID.
- SAML2 compliant Service Provider, by default the SP displays the
attributes as these were received from an IdP. A REST api allows for the
'just-in-time' manipulation of entityID, signing certificate and SSO
Service URL
