Infrastructure Downtime

The servers hosting our infrastructure are going to be offline April
10th 1630 - 2200 UTC[1] in order to do some data center work.  This will
effect everything (mailing lists, issue tracking, wiki, SVN server).
Mails sent to the mailing list will just queue up at the relay until our
servers come back online.
