No, although I've looked at it.
This gentlemen's packages are rather good: http://www.perzl.org/aix/
You should be able to bootstrap yourself far enough up that you just need to build the direct Shibboleth SP dependencies (log4shib, OpenSAML, etc.). I've done something similar before to run another piece of open-source software; it took a long time, was painful, and you need to read his instructions on how to set up XLC / GCC: http://www.perzl.org/aix/index.php?n=Main.Instructions
To be honest, I would suggest you re-evaluate whether AIX is the right choice for what you want to do. I'm not even sure the module will build against OHS. Either way, you're setting yourself up for a horrible nightmare trying to maintain reasonably recent versions of the underlying software.
