You can't deploy more than one warfile to a single context. I don't know
anything about your logout, which is not a Shibboleth feature, but
depending on how it works, it won't work this way certainly.

If it's an IdP extension, then it's a jar that goes inside the tree and
inside the generated idp warfile.
