That's true, yes. There's generally no attribute query usage in that case either, so a number of things that one would have to customize to be stateless would also not be necessary.

Since ECP doesn't actually hit the session layer in the IdP either, pretty much nothing needs to be shared and the out of the box stuff probably would work.
