error notifying application of logout event

Hi there,

I've got the following error trying when executing a logout event
"https://server/Shibboleth.sso/Logout" which is suppose to make a request
to 
https://bbserver/webapps/bb-auth-provider-shibboleth-bb_bb60/shibbolethLogo
ut and make the application (Blackboard Learn) to invalidate the current
session.

out): Operation timed out after 30009 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

After ~30s, I receive "Partial LogoutYou remain logged into one or more
applications accessed during your session. To complete the logout process,
please close/exit your browser completely." and apparently the application
session hasn't been invalidated. Same thing happens when I access directly
to https://server/Shibboleth.sso/Logout.

In shibboleth2.xml I have the following line before MetadataProvider tag.

<Notify Channel="back"
Location="https://bbserver/webapps/bb-auth-provider-shibboleth-bb_bb60/shib
bolethLogout" />

Am I missing anything else? According to Blackboard Documentation
"Integrating Shibboleth - http://goo.gl/Bau4W" I only have to set a
<Notify> element to our shibboleth2.xml, as is already done.
