TestShib Two SP Registration Half In Half Out?

Hi Nate,
Thanks for sorting that out so promptly but I might need just a bit more
help from you.
- I have two entries now for config24
- I still can't register p8b as it says its already in use

I know you're probably busy so there is no rush on this.
I was able to generate shibboleth2.xml for p8b & test successfully but I
will need to edit the metadata at some stage in the next week or so...
