Trouble with attributes from IBM

Previously, all the log levels were set to INFO.  When I set everything to
DEBUG, I saw errors regarding the "nameformat" attribute I was using on the
Attribute elements in my attribute-map.xml.  So it was a config issue, but
in the attribute-map.xml file.  All the plugins and other components were
always loding properly.
