Shibboleth IdP and Tomcat 7

Quite a while ago, we announced that our preferred platform going
forward would be Jetty.  At the time, Tomcat 6 was the current
release, so that's all we are going to say anything about.  I *think*
I have seen others post that Tomcat 7 has changed their connector APIs
such that the DTA TLS plugin won't work.  If that's true than
back-channel profiles won't work.
