How is endpoint hostname generated?

Tataryn,

The Shibboleth SP uses the hostname that is supplied by the web
server. The request coming through Apache is indicating two different
hostnames. That's likely because the client is specifying different
hostnames in intranet or extranet requests, and UseCanonicalName is
Off, so Apache just dutifully relays those hostnames from the web
browser to the SP. The SP then uses them to build redirects.

You can tell Apache to force the hostname to the name defined in your
ServerName directive by adding a UseCanonicalName On directive.

Take care,
Nate.
