Brad,

TestShib is back alive for now, so please go ahead and try registering  
your entity now.

I need to rebuild TestShib on more robust infrastructure and I'll make  
it a priority to get that done.  Thanks to the current support team  
for saving the day one more time in anticipation of a better future.
