testshib.org registration

I'm in exactly the same situation as this.  I need to re-register my IDP with testshib, but it has been previously registered with an ex-colleagues credentials.  Can I please get our IDP record amended?

I'm trying to verify a new configuration using testshib.org, however the host was already registered under another administrator who is no longer with the college and we're unable to contact them.  When I try to reregister the host with testshib.org, I receive the following error:

*Host "webauth.starkstate.edu" is already in-use by another Identity Provider entry

Is it possible to just delete the registered IdP from testhib so that it can be reregistered under the proper user account?  Who would be the proper person to contact for that?
