Gary, I've deleted those two entities so you should be able to  
register them with the new certificates and EPPN.

Max, thanks for letting me know about another OpenIdP outage.  I've  
forwarded it along to the OpenIdP administrator.  I'll temporarily  
disable OpenIdP logins.
