EDS build flag

Scott, or perhaps Rod, will need to discuss the particulars of the
build server settings, I have no experience with it.  That said, the
RPMs are built.  If you go here[1] to the EDS "project page" on the
build server and then select your platform on the right you'll see
both a src and noarch RPM, the noarch one being the one you'd tell
people to install.
