EDS build flag

Hello!

I've been pondering for obvious reasons, but eventually thought it might 
save time to ask.

At Shibboleth-Wiki it is strongly recommended to use yum repository to 
install Embedded Discovery Service. However, I can't find rpm-packages 
from the repository. This page:

https://build.opensuse.org/package/repositories?package=shibboleth-embedded-ds-1.0&project=security%3Ashibboleth

shows that build flags are all disabled.

It was quite trivial to install EDS from sources. I'm preparing 
DS-guidance for our SP's and thought it would be better to follow wise 
words on wiki and recommend repository.

Is there a specific reason that EDS-packages are not being built or is 
it just that I didn't look from the right places?
