I suppose the answers from this "google group" (which is an archive of
this mailing list) still apply. The thread referenced by Chad as well
as the official documentation at
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/SHIB2/NativeSPEnableApplication
are still what you'd need to be doing,
