Maybe the webbrowser used does something "clever" during a security
warning and decides to remove the HTTP POST payload.
That would be something between the webbrowser and the webserver and
so all the Shibboleth SP would see is what it already told you (that
the required data is missing).
Finding out why the data is missing is then the job of whoever is
debugging this problem. The software can't tell you why. Nor anyone
else not having access to your particular environment.
