You're using an older version, and the name was corrected already.
However, I don't know of any documentation telling how to conditionally
execute anything, which is one reason the rename didn't really get any
particular attention. But if something is telling you to use mod_shib.c,
it's now correct, assuming you're not using older releases.
More information about the users
