Content length of the SOAP request is too long

That error message seems to come from OpenSSO code (cf. [1]), whatever
happened to that. Within OpenSSO at least it seemed to be configurable
("com.sun.identity.saml.request.maxContentLength").
Either way this is more of a question to Cisco.
