Content length of the SOAP request is too long

I'm trying to federate Cisco Digital Media Manager SP with shib v2.3.3 IdP.

I'm getting the error "Content length of the SOAP request is too long" 
from the SP after successfully authenticating from the IdP.  Screenshot

The IdP was configured based on this guide:

Any tips on troubleshooting this problem?
