Sorry! but quick question about installing the SAML delegation extension

The target contains the actual .jar file (shibboleth-idp-delegation-1.0.jar
- I typed the wrong filename yesterday) *and* a zip/tar.gz file! This is
why I was confused. So when I unpack the tar.gz file, *there* is the
elusive lib directory, containing both the actual extension jar and another
supporting one. Ah. So now we are all on the same page! And now the
instructions from step 1 of the readme file make perfect sense.

I think having the other directories created in the target directory lead
me down the proverbial garden path, because I had the jar file ready to go,
so I was looking there for a lib directory. But the files were mostly
classes, so didn't look right... blah blah blah. Ordinarily, if I see an
archive-format file, I think 'the stuff is in here.'

Oh well. Back on track now. Thank you for your extended help. I'm off to
try it all out!

best,
Karla B
