help:Unable to retrieve an LDAP connection

Hello,

We installed Shibboleth on our production server without any problem. I need to install Shibboleth on another test server, and encountered this "unable to retrieve LDAP connection" error.

What I did:

1.       Generate idp.war file on test server successfully.

2.       Deploy the idp.war file under Tomcat successfully. Got "OK" message while try to access the status page

3.       Configure the login.conf and attribute-resolver pages with our LDAP server information

4.       telnet to our LDAP server/port from test server without any problem

5.       Encounter the error message as following.



Is there any steps that I missed? I can telnet to the LDAP server, which means that test server should had no problem connecting to it, still I got the error in the shibboleth log file.





09:14:09.179 - ERROR [edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.config.BaseService:187] - Configuration was not loaded for shibboleth.AttributeResolver service, error creating components.  The root cause of this error was: edu.internet2.middleware.shibboleth.common.attribute.resolver.AttributeResolutionException: Unable to retrieve LDAP connection
