Testshib down?

Friedrich,

Thanks for the notification.  I'll investigate the outage but can make 
no promises about an immediate resolution.

As a reminder, we're actively working on migrating TestShib from the 
existing crippled machine to a new virtualized infrastructure.  This 
work is waiting on me, and I've been given an awful lot of duties 
recently.  I'm getting it done as quickly as I can, but I apologize to 
the current system administrators and TestShib users who are suffering 
as a result of my burden...
