Your question is very vague. Are you talking about the IdP or the SP?
Either supports multiple hostnames.

Subject: Using Shibboleth with multiple domains
I've done some googling, but I haven't seen anything that fits what I'm looking for. Everyone using Shibboleth with multiple domains seems to be doing the following.
one.example.com<http://one.example.com>
two.example.com<http://two.example.com>
three.example.com<http://three.example.com>
Where as I'm looking at using the following domains.
one.example.com<http://one.example.com>
two.example.com<http://two.example.com>
one.example.org<http://one.example.org>
Is this possible with Shibboleth?
Thanks.
