Using Shibboleth with multiple domains

I've done some googling, but I haven't seen anything that fits what I'm
looking for.  Everyone using Shibboleth with multiple domains seems to be
doing the following.

one.example.com
two.example.com
three.example.com

Where as I'm looking at using the following domains.

one.example.com
two.example.com
one.example.org

Is this possible with Shibboleth?
