Not that I'm aware of, at least without just using the LDAP server. One
would think that would be the appropriate place to find that out.

As a rule, I wouldn't think it would be many. Actual simultaneous load on
an IdP tends to be much lower than you'd think, and this is only
contention for one stretch of code that tends to be fast.
