It doesn't work to try and interject an explanation of doing something
with the SP with "and here's this conceptual thing about the IdP". It
becomes a mess.

So we in general believe there needs to be a totally different and more
extensive introduction that covers concepts. I also think people will
ignore it, jump to the main docs, and we'll be in the same place we are.
But at least then there would be something to point to.

I think it's more important that the documentation be usable so that it
doesn't matter whether there's one or two. But I would say that having a
page outlining all the things that get screwed up when you try it with one
is worth having.
