The Shibboleth Project is not in a position to determine if InCommon's
Affiliate program is beneficial or not. That is up to the InCommon
membership to decide. If we thought the Affiliate program were somehow
doing a disservice to *our* community, of course we would do something
about it. That is certainly *not* the case, however.

You can claim whatever you like, I suppose, but the fact is that the
Affiliate program is one of several InCommon programs that we believe
provide positive value to our community.
