Slow response from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security://shibboleth/

Hi all,

We're trying to build some new machines, and we're noticing the official 
RPM repo is often taking a long time to reply:

$ time curl http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security://shibboleth/

real    0m48.272s
user    0m0.008s
sys    0m0.000s

We've never had a problem with this repo before. Is anyone aware of it 
experiencing issues? I'm wondering now if the best practice will be for 
us to copy packages down locally on some regular basis.
