That's a script mapping error, or handler mapping in IIS7. There's no
mapping for *.sso to the DLL active in the affected site. That means IIS
was not configured by the installer, at all.
Are you sure you installed the IIS 6 compatibility support before
installing?
Your best bet is to start over and try and get it to do more of the setup
work.
The explicit instructions for dealing with IIS are spelled out on the page
matching the IIS version, since every version is different. It is a major
process of trial and error and microsurgery.

I don't think it's entirely gone, but I don't know. There are event log
messages that indicate when the filter loads and unloads anyway.
