Notify Didn't launch the target url

Dear All,

We are currently working on a single IDp, multiple SP
environment and having trouble with a sp initiated logout. 

 

1) http://sp1.myspace.com/includes/logoff.aspx
( Other SP)

2) 302 to https://IDP/affwebservices/public/saml2slo?SAMLRequest=xxxx  
(IDP)

3) 302 to https://sp2.myspace.com/Shibboleth.sso/SLO/Redirect?SAMLRequest=xxxx
(my SP)

4) 302 to https://IDP/affwebservices/public/saml2slo?SAMLResponse=xxxx
(response to IDp)

5) 302 to https://sp1.myspace.com/saml/slo.aspx?SAMLResponse
( other Sp Notified)

6) 302 to https://sp1.myspace.com/includes/slocomplete.htm
( completed)

 

The logout works fine and terminates the session at sp1,
IDp and Sp2. At step 3) we wanted to Notify an external web application about
the event to clear independent web app session. We used Notify but the target
url never launched.

 

There is no error shown in the logs, Sp2 terminates the
session and post the response back to IDp.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.
