xmltooling issues SP 2.4.3 IIS

.Net Framework version: 2
xmltooling1_4.dll
xmltooling-lite1_4.dll

We recently upgraded our SPs (~30) to 2.4.3 because of the vulnerability and have found that one seems to have issues with xmltooling.

The browser reports this error:

xmltooling::IOException at (blah)

Attempted to insert duplicate storage key.
The native.log file says:
2011-07-29 10:39:18 ERROR Shibboleth.Listener [4680] isapi_shib: remoted message returned an error: Attempted to insert duplicate storage key.
2011-07-29 10:39:18 ERROR Shibboleth.ISAPI [4680] isapi_shib: Attempted to insert duplicate storage key.

We did a complete uninstall and reinstall on this particular server with no improvements seen.
