Is Shibboleth interoperable with Adobe Pass?

Yeah "works with SAML 2.0" is meaningless.  In SAML the unit of
interoperability are the profiles.  So what you'll need to ask them is
"Do you support the SAML 2.0 SSO profile?".

If you're confused think of it like this.  SAML 2, the core spec, is
like an English dictionary.  Lots of individuals terms defined.  SAML 2
profiles are like grammar rules that use the terms defined in the core
spec.  Having people just randomly assemble SAML 2 elements is likely to
be as meaningless as people just randomly picking words from a dictionary.
