Is Shibboleth interoperable with Adobe Pass?

Yes there is some technical info I received, it specifically says that
it works with SAML 2.0 and provides some XML SAML response examples.
I guess I'm paranoid because I have been trying to get a simpleSAMLphp
IdP to work with a different product that one of our vendors has and it
didn't work out. So now I'm exploring what the most mature SAML Identity
Provider software is out there so I can have something that will work
with most SAML-based Service Providers.
Here is an excerpt from the technical spec I received:
"How does Adobe Pass handle federated identity management/single sign-on
(SSO)?
Currently, most Adobe Pass integrations with MVPDs use the SAML
protocol, one of the primary
authentication standards. Adobe Pass acts as a proxy Service Provider in
the SAML architecture and
persists the SAML authentication response as a secure token in the Adobe
common domain. Adobe Pass is
SAML 2.0 compliant. However, while Adobe Pass is typically used with
SAML SSO solutions at this point,
the Adobe Pass architecture is not bound to any specific protocol.
Therefore, support for new protocols -
such as one based on OAuth 2.0 or custom protocols - can be added over
time."
Thanks,
Jason

Is there any technical info?
But based on the FAQ I highly doubt this.
