Advice / wisdom on upgrading our IdP from 2.1.5 to 2.3

Hey Michael,

What were your terracotta issues? While we ended up moving away from 
Terracotta because of our volume, I was able to see it work with the 
initial 2.3.x release. It required the usual tweaking of the 
tc-config.xml file, but I had to do that for 2.1.5, too.
