Advice / wisdom on upgrading our IdP from 2.1.5 to 2.3

Martin,
We did not encounter any issues with the same upgrade and our IdP is setup
for high availability with terracotta (a bit more complex than out of the
box).

Working over our configuration files and JSPs took some time.  Basically, we
diffed our old files with the version that came with the new IdP and then
tested on our QA box with the changes.
