Question for high volume sites

We had 135 yesterday out of 6632 authentications.
Again a variety of SPs as well including an EzProxy instance that isn't
using the native SP.

It could also be something to do with the crypto query support, but that
seems unlikely given the error (and I think some high volume sites are
using that now also...)
