Question for high volume sites

To anybody with an IdP running at high volume, are you seeing any
indications of a small percentage of attribute queries failing with replay
errors? I'm seeing on the order of 100-200 a day from a variety of SPs
(both Windows and Linux), so it doesn't seem like an SP issue yet, but I'm
still investigating.

It could also be something to do with the crypto query support, but that
seems unlikely given the error (and I think some high volume sites are
using that now also...)
