The key space depends on what's using it, so any issue would be with the
use, not the storage layer.

It's not impossible there's a bug, but you haven't explained what's
happening. If you're saying it's only happening under load and on some
subset of transactions, then it starts to sound an awful lot like the bug
that was fixed multiple versions back and that you're not current.

What is relayState set to? Does changing it to cookie fix it?
