Translation of messages in Shibboleth IdP 5

On a more general note:
The Zanata translation web service has been in maintenance-only mode 
(see https://translate.zanata.org) for quite some time. This means no 
new translators can be added and apparently also adding new versions 
won't work. It's likely that the service will be shut down at some point.

So, we should find another translation service for the Shibboleth 
project. Anybody has some recommendations for an alternative service?
