The "setting up" part could be outsourced like for Zanata. I would be
happy to help there. That is after some initialization done by the
Shibboleth project, which is required by crowdin.com

I suspect their evaluation of these points would not be that strict.
Certainly worth a try if people think this is worth a try.

Ok. Well, as native English speaker i18n is probably not your top
priority ;-) So, no surpise there.

What do the Shibboleth translators think? Is it worth setting up a new
translation service as successor to Zanata, which is no longer
maintained? Does your federation use the default Shibboleth translation
files or distribute a localized translation package?
