Unfortunately, [2] has a wrong Content-Type (text/xml; charset=ISO-8859-1), though a workaround is trivial.

We have a little updates about JA to be posted later, by Thursday.

BTW, I do want to know the possibility for messages_ja.properties to be included in your V4 package.
