Please help to translate Shibboleth IdP 3.4

Update:
Currently there are the following translations available for the
Shibboleth IdP 3.4 on
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/MessagesTranslation

* German
* Japanese
* Polish
* Spanish

Many thanks to those colleagues who helped finishing the above by adding
translations for the new 18 new strings!

Missing (from translations that were available for 3.3) are yet:
* Czech
* Greek
* French
* Italian
* Dutch

... and of course any other language that has not been translated yet.
