That would be very nice and in the end would make things almost as easy
as if the languages were bundled directly with the code :-)

Most deployers probably care about ease-of-use when installing the
software. If they start with good defaults, they will use these defaults
and hardly customize things. So, if the defaults are good enough, this
is what will be used on most installations.
