Shibboleth WebAuthn Plugin V0.0.4 beta now available

By way of additional clarification, this page is a first attempt at making a summary page of the state of all our IdP-centric projects available at a glance.

You can find the latest released version numbers, and links to the latest nightly builds of every project from our repository, and all our snapshots are signed now with the published snapshot build key at [1]. 

You can tell by the status whether the snapshots are in flux under development or are likely to be more stable, either because they haven't diverged much from the last release or are approaching a new release.

The page is actually XML, the appearance comes from a style sheet. So it is machine readable for those doing build scripts or the like and would be interested in automating builds of containers or so forth.

Hopefully this will improve project transparency, but if you have any comments, let us know.
