n00b trying to build opensaml

Hello,

I need your help, I thought I’d dip a toe in and now find myself in over my head.

I started down a rabbit hole of compiling a product that uses Apache ws-wss4j, during compiling that I found I needed java-opensaml so I thought I’d build that….

I started with a git clone of https://git.shibboleth.net/git/java-opensaml.git and tried to `mvn install` it, quickly realised I needed more dependencies, browsed https://git.shibboleth.net/view/ till I found a likely candidate, cloned it, `mvn install`ed it until I hit a loop between java-mvn-enforcer and java-support. At which point I’d cloned 13 projects with no real clue.

So as I came up for air I realised that this can’t be “the way”, so I started searching for instructions on how to build it.  The best I found was https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/1123450991/Setting+Up+Configuring+and+Using+Maven but that doesn’t tell me the order of things. I’ve spent several hours now searching for build instructions, but can’t find anything that tells me what I should clone and in which order.

Are there instructions anywhere that I’ve missed?
