Note regarding V5 installer

Just a note:

Last night's nightly build had some significant changes in the installer.  I tried to ensure that the "install" and "build" commands
continue to work as before, the exceptions being

- I deliberately broke the upgrades of V3 and earlier
- I deliberately broke upgrades of upgrades from V3 that haven't been completes fixed (and still have a "system" dir)
- Some extreme edge cases in property driven installation.

Shout out (here or in JIRA) if you are using the installer and something broke that you didn't anticipate.
