Hopefully end of Q1, if not a little sooner. It's really only being held for 2 reasons:

- In case any other changes are needed to support the OAuth features added to the OP plugin.
- I really wanted to get the new default view template designs we paid for into this release and I'm busy working on the first item.

We don't schedule them, they're done when they're done within reason. The more we move to plugins, the fewer actual releases there will be.

Unless there were a specific and unusual dependency in something somebody is doing, there's no good reason to start with 4.2-SNAPSHOT at this point, upgrades have been and will continue to be routine. 4.2 may as well be a patch at this point.
