Timing of wiki copy for V4 docs

That would be good.  How do you see it developing? It seems like there are three choices

An entirely clean sheet which seems needless at this stage since the V3 pages are holding up quite well.

Copy over a page at a time like I did for the SP3.  This is very tedious but means that every page is guaranteed to get attention.

Clone v3 and then remove stuff.  The risk here is missing something and carrying forward broken pages...
