Custom attribute resolver integration with Spring

Hi Rod,

Thanks for that. I've added the db config in the attribute-resolver.xml
instead of using Spring and that's worked fine.

Property replacement is working for properties in idp.properties but I'd
like to keep these properties outside of the application. Is it possible to
define a properties file in idp.additionalProperties without using the
relative path?

I had defined the properties file in global.xml using the <util:properties
tag but I guess that's not loaded in time.
